They stretch, strengthen, massage, or anything else that will help them improve hip function. 

Without even realizing it, athletes are helping to not only improve their physical performance but also their mental and emotional function.

Is it any wonder why after doing something physically active, even just a good long walk, you feel emotionally uplifted?

Athletes and others that push their bodies in sports, in the gym or at home, simply feel better and more energetic. 

Case and point: the body was designed to move and not be in a seated position all the time.  But unfortunately for most people, sitting is a large part of our lives and the center of the body is restricted and stressed out.

But that’s NOT the case for many athletes.

The messaging that goes from the lower body to the upper body and back again has less roadblocks, less stress and the signals are stronger.

When stronger signals are passing from head to toe in an athlete, their power production is improved dramatically. 

And as stated at the very beginning, when you increase power, you achieve peak performance health.

4 Ways to Knock Out an Attacker

There is nothing safer in a self-defense situation than an opponent
who is unconscious.

In that state he can do you no harm, any weapons are nullified, and
you have ample time to escape.

Does that make sense?

Today I am going to share with You How to actually KNOCK OUT
Your Attacker!

I know you will appreciate this real-world kick-ass "how to":


1. The Strangle:

Wrap your arm around their neck making sure that your elbow
joint is in line with the middle of the neck (under the adams apple)

Do a figure four (grabbing your bicep with your other hand) and
squeeze your elbows together while lifting slightly upwards. When done
hard and fast, they are out in less than a second.


2. The Brain Rattle:

One simple brain-rattling point is on the mustache - it releases
the neck muscle INSTANTLY and allows MASSIVE brain shake.

Have you ever seen those old movies where people had a
mustache that went all the way down to the jawline?

Well, where it meets the jaw is a pressure point called St4... hit

What if you had One day to save your life!

How To Knock Anyone Out

Russell Stutely Speaks


When someone talks about Self Defense and all the various aspects of it, one thing is absolutely certain:


AN UNCONSCIOUS MAN CAN’T HURT YOU.


That means if you cannot escape an attacker, the MOST EFFECTIVE Self Defense is to literally knock them out, as quickly as possible.


Now, there are many ways to K.O. someone, but right now I’m going to give you my personal favorite.


In my Pressure Point System we call it GB20 (which stands for “Gall Bladder 20″)


Don’t worry, I don’t do gobbly-gook and esoteric-speak.


I make it as simple to understand as a Kick in the Nether Regions.


Fair enough?


This is just our way of knowing locations and how to make them work.


Gall Bladder 20 – GB20




In Modern Western Medicine (MWM) terms, the exact location is on the posterior of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and trapezius muscle.


When I teach the Police or Security, I describe it in a way that’s much easier to understand: The point is in a direct line between the bottom of the ear and the spine, halfway6 same on both sides. Just under the round of the bone.


Then I get everyone to feel where the Point is. You can even reach around and feel it on the back of your own head.


Here is what the “science” tells us this can do with a strike to this point:


Strike 45, frees the channels and quickens the connecting vessels, light=K.O, hard=death.


Note the hard strike result!!


Ever wonder why this area is banned in MMA and ALL Contact Sports?


BECAUSE IT IS SO DAMNED EFFECTIVE and DANGEROUS!


In a self-defense situation, one can Bitch-slap this area, punch, elbow, or Hammerfist. The choice is;yours, just hit it and watch ‘em drop like a stone.


Once I show Security how effective this is, they are all over it like a fat kid on chocolate cake.


A quick, simple and VERY effective Knockout.
