who is unconscious.
In that state he can do you no harm, any weapons are nullified, and
you have ample time to escape.

Today I am going to share with You How to actually KNOCK OUT
Your Attacker!
I know you will appreciate this real-world kick-ass "how to":
1. The Strangle:
Wrap your arm around their neck making sure that your elbow
joint is in line with the middle of the neck (under the adams apple)
Do a figure four (grabbing your bicep with your other hand) and
squeeze your elbows together while lifting slightly upwards. When done
hard and fast, they are out in less than a second.
2. The Brain Rattle:
One simple brain-rattling point is on the mustache - it releases
the neck muscle INSTANTLY and allows MASSIVE brain shake.
Have you ever seen those old movies where people had a
mustache that went all the way down to the jawline?
Well, where it meets the jaw is a pressure point called St4... hit
that down and hard across the face for an instant Brain-Rattling
Knockout!

Hi My Friend
I trust that all is well?
As you may know I have recently moved house - this week in fact.
However, I have still found time to train.
As I mentioned the other day - we all lead busy lives and we all need to put things into perspective.
We need to make that balance between: Family, Work, Lifestyle and Training.
That, from my experience is the toughest battle of all!
The order of importance is often done wrong - too many times we put training or work etc in 1st place... when really it should be Family.
To most people work is there to provide the funds to enable us to have a happy home, lifestyle and afford the time and money for training.
Unless you are self-employed or in a job that provides the highest levels of money and / or satisfaction without sacrifice, then IMHO treat it as just a job.. it means nothing other than providing the funds to do what you want in life.
I remember a conversation with a good friend many years ago about the National Lottery in the UK.
The usual: ''what would you do if you won the lottery?''
I replied: ''Live in the Sun and train when I want''
My friend replied: ''You don't need to win the lottery to do that, do you?''
It made me ponder for a milli-second .... I then had a light bulb moment.
No... I do not... so I packed my bags and left the UK...
Opened a School abroad and wham... that was it... out of the rat race forever.....
I remember another quote... It does not matter how far you go in the rat race.... at the end of the race... you will still be a rat!
So many people ask me about opening a MA School, or a Gym or just about trying something new.
My reply is usually along the lines of this: If you are passionate about it... determined to make it work and will REALLY ENJOY the whole process ... then do it.
There are now hundreds of people out there, just like you, who have taken this same approach and joined one of my training courses.
They all blend in seamlessly with the Family, Work, lifestyle, Training balance.

To Busy To Train?
Hi My Friend
How many times have we heard or even used that old excuse?
I am just too busy to train!
When I hear that I often ask a few simple little questions:
Did you watch much TV this week? - Then you are not too busy to train
Did you have a rest on the sofa this week? - Then you are not too busy to train
Did you surf the web much this week? - Then you are not too busy to train
I could use the following these mext few days - I am moving house - which I am.
HOWEVER - I will still be training today and tomorrow and on Thursday... which are the days for the move.
You can make time if you really want to - skip a meal - I have.
Don't watch TV till you have trained - I don't.
Don't lay on the sofa till you have trained - BANNED in my house :-)
I know that we all lead very busy lives and have many commitments - but you should allow yourself time to just get your mind right... and your body.. It is the only one we have... so we should look after it!
Give it what it wants - proper food, proper training and proper sleep - the rest will kinda just fall into place.

4 Ways to Knock out an Attacker

4 ways to Knock Out your Attacker
1. The Strangle:
It is so quick, painless and efficient, that your
opponent does not even know he is in trouble
until it's too late and he's in la-la land!
It's this simple: The strangle cuts off the blood
and if done RIGHT is painless. Your attacker
does not FIGHT it like he does a Choke attempt
(because that hurts like hell).
Self-Defense How-To: Wrap your arm around their

Can I really learn from DVDs?

We
are living in the information age. There is literally no shortage of
good (and bad) information at our fingertips.
By finding the right information from a trusted source, and breaking it down into bite-sized bits so that you can learn at your own pace, you can
actually accelerate your learning!
Here’s a check-list to help you get the most with home-based video learning:
1. Do initial research to find a trainer that you’ll feel comfortable learning from. Then delve into what they have to offer.
2. Take what they show in digestible pieces, a bite at a time. For example, if their DVD shows 10 techniques, don’t attempt to practice each one at
the same time. Isolate one or two and really put in the effort to excel at them before moving on.
3. Record yourself. Sometimes we can be our best critic. Video yourself doing the move and compare to what the expert is doing. Take your time to to look for consistencies and proper application.
The insights you get from this can be invaluable and really speed up your learning progress!
4. Really analyze and listen to what the expert is saying. Don’t rush or gloss over anything. Sometimes it may take several viewings of a technique
to pick up on the finer details.
That’s the beauty of DVDs. It’s like having the same private lesson from the same teacher whenever you need it, at your convenience, until you have it
mastered!
(but instead of paying again and again for hourly private lessons, you only pay once for DVDs!)
5. Visualize what you are doing in your mind, and do the visualization in slow motion. Before we can do anything, it must be a thought in our mind.
Slow and gradual increases in tempo is the best approach.
Bruce Lee was known to use visualization, as well as many champions and olympic athletes. If it’s good enough for them, you need to make this a part of your training.
6. Schedule your time to train and be consistent. Make a schedule, stick to it and be fair to yourself.
7. Make it fun! The real secret is to love what you’re doing. That makes it fun, so time will seem to fly and you’ll find yourself a better fighter
than you thought you could be!

How To Knock Anyone Out

When someone talks about Self Defense and all the
various aspects of it, one thing is absolutely certain:
AN UNCONSCIOUS MAN CAN’T HURT YOU.
That means if you cannot escape an attacker, the
MOST EFFECTIVE Self Defense is to literally
knock them out, as quickly as possible.
Now, there are many ways to K.O. someone, but
right now I’m going to give you my personal favorite.
In my Pressure Point System we call it GB20
(which stands for “Gall Bladder 20″)
Don’t worry, I don’t do gobbly-gook and
esoteric-speak.
I make it as simple to understand as a Kick in
the Nether Regions.
Fair enough?
This is just our way of knowing locations and how
to make them work.
Gall Bladder 20 – GB20
In Modern Western Medicine (MWM) terms, the exact
location is on the posterior of the neck, below the occipital bone,
in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and
trapezius muscle.
When I teach the Police or Security, I describe
it in a way that’s much easier to understand: The point is in a
direct line between the bottom of the ear and the spine, halfway6
same on both sides. Just under the round of the bone.
Then I get everyone to feel where the Point is.
You can even reach around and feel it on the back of your own head.
Here is what the “science” tells us this can
do with a strike to this point:
Strike 45, frees the channels and
quickens the connecting vessels, light=K.O, hard=death.
Note the hard strike result!!
Ever wonder why this area is banned in MMA and
ALL Contact Sports?
BECAUSE IT IS SO DAMNED EFFECTIVE and DANGEROUS!
In a self-defense situation, one can Bitch-slap
this area, punch, elbow, or Hammerfist. The choice is;yours, just
hit it and watch ‘em drop like a stone.
Once I show Security how effective this is, they
are all over it like a fat kid on chocolate cake.
A quick, simple and VERY effective Knockout.
